How to Prepare
You have booked your session and now its time to get things ready! Here are a few tips and tricks to plan out your outfits for your session.
Location
Think about the location of the session... We don't want to be washed out with bright colors if we're in a brighter location!

Colors
Neutral colors allow for everyone to be the main focus of the image, especially for larger groups. Matching colors aren't always necessary, but keeping colors in the same family will compliment each other and will photograph well.

Patterns/Logos
Patterns and logos can be okay for those candid moments but for some portraits they can become the main focus of the photo. Patterns can be good in small amounts, but always consider who will be standing near each other, or if the patterns together will clash.

Lay it Out!
Before your session, lay out your outfits and see if you like how it all looks together. Try them all on to make sure you like the fit and style of each outfit and that they all flow together.

ASK!
As your photographer, I will do my best to guide you in the right direction for your outfits. I am by no means a fashion designer, but I can lead you in the right direction to what looks best on camera in the location we choose to shoot at. My goal is to make sure that you have the best session while feeling amazing!
